Pumpkin Bread

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

3 cups sugar

1 cup vegetable oil

4 large eggs, beaten

1 15 ounce can pure pumpkin puree

2 teaspoons fine salt

2 teaspoons baking soda

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoons ground cloves

1teaspoon ground ginger

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

2/3 cups water

Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease and flour two 9x5 loaf pans.

Whisk together the sugar and oil in a large bowl until well combined. Whisk in the eggs and pumplin until combined.

Add the salt, soda, powder, and spices to wet mixture and mix well. Add flour and mix well. Add water and mix until combined.

Divide the batter between the two loaf pans. Bake until toothpick comes out clean and the loaves are golden brown (about an hour). Let cool in pans for 10 minutes. Remove from pans and let cool completely.
