Dem Bones
Yesterday I went to see a chiropractor. It’s been many, many months since Teri moved to practically CANADA, and I just couldn’t bring myself to see another doctor. My neck and upper back have been giving me trouble and it has impacted my sleep, so I took a deep breath and went to this new person. I never ENJOY the sound of crunching celery when my back and neck are adjusted, but I’ll tell you what, I am always amazed at how I leave an adjustment a couple of inches taller than when I went in. Now things are tender from the manipulation, but I already feel so much better.
Relief.
