Energy

Anybody else struggling with Energy Levels? I am currently caffeine-free, which I know is a factor, but I want to make sure what I am not doing is allowing myself to get distracted by Things. If my Energy is low, then I don’t want to waste what I DO have on things that aren’t important…like irritation…like worry…like pizza.

Okay, I have to think about that last one. I want to have the Energy to accomplish those things that will relieve stress later. I want to spend my Energy on Luna and my boys and my kids and my family and my friends. So, today I am going to crank up the Music (which always ramps up my Energy), and I am going to get things done!

Another Star Trek reference, anyone?
