Teriyaki Beef Bowl
2 pounds ground beef, cooked, drained, and crumbled
2 jars of Teriyaki glaze (my favorite is Soy Vei)
2 bags of frozen stir fry vegetables
4 cups cooked rice
I assemble mine in a crockpot, but you can use any casserole dish or individual bowls.
Put the beef in the bottom of the dish, add glaze and stir. Pour frozen vegetables on top of the meat. Spoon the rice to make the last layer on top. Because I use my crockpot, I set it on low for about five hours…it allows everything to cook and the flavors to blend.
If you wanted this in real time, I would recommend cooking the vegetables according the package directions. Then you can be ready to eat immediately.
