Tzaziki
1 medium cucumber, peeled, sliced in half and seeded, and finely chopped
1/8 tsp salt
1 cup plain yogurt
1 TBL olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried dill
1tsp dried oregano
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp paprika
Prepare the cucumber. In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients. When well blended, add cucumber and stir.
